Common questions
Can I try it before I buy?+
Yes. Download the app and use it without paying anything - every puzzle type, the whole editor, no card and no time pressure. Exporting a finished book is what the licence is for.
What does the licence do?+
It turns on exporting. Everything else in the app works either way; without a licence you can build books but not send them out as print-ready PDFs.
Can I cancel later?+
Yes, any time from your dashboard. You keep the licence until the end of the year you have paid for, and it simply does not renew.
What happens to my books if I cancel?+
Nothing is deleted. Your books and projects stay exactly as they are on your own computer - you just cannot export new ones until the licence is active again.
How many computers can I use it on?+
Three at a time. You can see and remove connected devices from your dashboard whenever you like.
Do you have discount codes?+
Sometimes. If you have one, enter it on the payment page and the price updates before you pay.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. The app opens and every local project stays fully editable with no network at all - the licence is re-checked in the background when you are back online.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
