Common questions
Do I need a subscription to start?+
No. The Free plan has no time limit and no card required — every puzzle type is available, exports just carry a small watermark and you can make up to 3 books a month.
What does the licence unlock?+
It removes the watermark on exported PDFs, lifts the monthly book limit, unlocks the premium templates and the AI-assisted word lists and clues, and raises you to three devices. It costs €99 a year.
Can I cancel later?+
Yes, any time from your billing page. You keep the licence until the end of the year you have paid for, and it simply does not renew.
What happens to my books if I cancel?+
Nothing is deleted. Your books and projects stay exactly as they are — you just go back to the Free plan's limits and watermark on new exports.
How many computers can I use it on?+
Free allows one device, the licence three. You can see and remove connected devices from your dashboard.
Do you have discount codes?+
Sometimes. If you have one, enter it on the payment page and the price updates before you pay.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. The app opens and every local project stays fully editable with no network at all — a licence is only checked when you import or export something that needs one.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
