Count and colour: pictures scattered over the page, and a table where children write how many they found.
Choose Count and Colour and click Add puzzle page.
Item count is the total number of pictures, and category count how many different kinds, up to six. Fewer pictures make an easier page. Solid pictures fills each picture white, so overlapping ones look like stickers. Coloured pictures prints them in colour in a colour book. Leave it off and the child colours them in.
Colour on this page follows the book, or sets this one page to colour or black and white. Apply these settings to every Count and Colour copies the numbers to all those pages.
Is a picture in an awkward spot? Just drag it to a better place. Shuffle gives a new scatter and starts your moves over.
The solutions section shows the same table with the counts filled in.
