Maze puzzles for kids books

Choose Maze as the puzzle type and click Add puzzle page. A maze appears straight away.

Grid width and grid height set how many corridors there are. The default of forty by sixty is a big maze; for young children try fifteen by twenty. Shape gives you a rectangle, a cut out, an escape maze, a circle or a wheel. Entry and exit puts the start and finish on opposite sides, in the corners or anywhere. Difficulty easy opens some dead ends so there is more than one way through, while hard puts the exit as far from the start as it can. Show arrows marks the way in and out.

Path style and fill style change the texture: long winding corridors, or short bushy branches.

Shuffle carves a brand new maze with the same settings. In the solutions section, the route from start to finish is drawn in.
