Sell your graphics as a marketplace designer

The designer program is by invitation. If you would like to join, tell us through the contact form on the website and show some of your work. When you are invited, you get a personal link. Click it, and accept the invitation.

Before your first item can go on sale, choose your designer name. A studio name works as well as your own. Then read and accept the designer terms. They say what you may publish, what share you earn, and how and when you are paid.

Open the products tab and click New product. Give it a title, a description and your price. Add a main image and a few previews, because buyers decide on what they see. Then say what it is: the media kind, like elements, colouring pages or dot to dot drawings, the theme, tags, age bands, and whether it is colour, black and white, or both. Upload the zip with your files. The page tells you what the zip should contain for that kind. Then submit it. Save draft keeps your work without sending it, so you can come back later.

You can also publish straight from the desktop app. Open your set in the media library and click Publish to marketplace. Fill in the title, description, price and colours, and send it. The set arrives on the marketplace with its pictures already in the right shape for the app.

New items and changes are reviewed before they reach the store, unless your account is set to publish straight away. If an item is rejected, you see the reason, so you can fix it and send it again. An item already on sale keeps selling while an update is in review.

Bundle your items as a theme pack, at one price of your own. Items stay buyable on their own, and everyone who owns the pack gets new items you add later for free. A bundle usually sells better than items loose.

The sales tab shows what you earned. Your share is calculated on the net amount of every sale: the price minus VAT and the payment fee. New earnings are held for a while first, in case of a refund. On the payouts tab, fill in your details and connect Stripe, and your earnings are paid out with a statement for each payout.
